Esta pregunta se la hacen cada día cientos de personas, empiezas a pensar que te da pena que pase tanto tiempo solo, sufres por él, tiene que hacer sus necesidades…pues a él tampoco le gusta pasar tanto tiempo solo.
Bien, respecto a esta nueva “necesidad” de los amantes de los perros ha surgido en la última década una “moda” que está en auge en algunas empresas como OSCAR HEALTH, MASHABLE, GOOGLE, PIXELKEET, AMAZON, ETSY y REFINERY entre otras, la posibilidad de quitar la cláusula “PERROS NO” en el contrato y así fomentar el poder llevar a tu mascota al trabajo.
Se han hecho estudios científicos que afirman que compartir el espacio de trabajo con tu perro aumenta la moral y la productividad. Los empleados se muestran más alegres, el índice de bajas disminuye, las relaciones entre compañeros mejoran considerablemente y disminuye el estrés en los trabajadores. Éste estudio fue publicado en una edición reciente del International Journal Workplace Management. Esté también afirma que desestresa el trabajo en sí y ayuda a que sea más complaciente y satisfactorio incluso para los compañeros que no tienen perros. Podría decirse que es terapéutico y favorable, no solo para los dueños, sino para los demás empleados, el ambiente laboral y consecuentemente para desarrollar una mayor productividad.
Está claro que no para todas las empresas es práctico compartir el espacio con perros. Dependiendo de a lo que se dedique la empresa será más factible o no. Es necesario pensar en los posibles accidentes de riesgo y así mismo en los peligros que pueda haber para nuestros caninos.
De la misma manera tenemos que pensar en aquellos que son alérgicos a los animales o que simplemente no les gusta su compañía. Aparece toda una serie de contras, las cuales se deberán estudiar y poner en una balanza. Al igual que debe haber una normativa o política de empresa y un entrenamiento de comportamiento antes de optar a que nuestra mascota nos acompañe al trabajo.
Pues creo que todos estamos de acuerdo en que los perros unen a las personas, crean sociedades y estimulan el bienestar.

Clearly not for all companies is it practical sharing workspace with dogs. Depending on the kind of company it will be more or less feasible. We have to think of the potential accident risk and likewise the possible dangers for our canines.
In the same way we have to think about those who are allergic to animals or who simply do not like them in your company. There is a whole series of cons which we should study and put in balance. At the same time there should be a law or company policy and behavioral training before having the option to bring out pets to work with us.
Dogs bind people, create societies and encourage wellbeing.
